Rulez for Television Series Releases

1. Before posting, make sure you have read and understood the Site Rules.
2. This section is for TV-Rip releases only, i.e. shows captured from broadcast TV, albeit DirectTV; Paid-for-TV; HighDef TV; HighResolution - HighDef TV, or broadcast via the Web. PreAir Screeners are included for completeness -- but are most often ripped from DVDs.
3. Check the »» TELEVISION SERIES RELEASES INDICES: PRESENT; PAST; TELEVISION SERIES 720p HDTV RELEASES INDICES; and/or [size=110]Search before starting a New Topic.
4. Subject line need only contain the Name of the Show and it's starting Year, for example:
Monk (2002), Las Vegas (2003-2008)
Have a look at the TEMPLATE, which is used by Image OHenry.
5.
    Information about the Show in the first 'Main' Post: the essentials.
  1. A banner-picture;
  2. brief description;
  3. and info links from sites such as @ IMDb, @ TV.com, @ EPisodeWorld, @ epguides, @ The Futon Critic, @ TVRage, or the official site.
6. Do not link to images from a developer's site. Please, upload images to an imagehost such as ImageShack or Pic.LEECH.iT. Evidently, Yeux Vert is frequently down so might not be a First choice of Hosting sites
7. Please only use thumbnails for a few screenshots and post them at bottom of page, if you must.Screen Shots are neither desired nor required for TV.
8. Please post ed2k links only. Do Not post links in html. Links to ftp/irc/torrent/http or warez are likewise not allowed.
9. Filetagging is not tolerated! Please, remove all site tags from links before posting. As stated, this doesn't apply to the releaser's identifying name/initials. The TV MOD shall edit any post in contravention of Site Rules. :shock: TVMOD edit
10. If you've 'found ' a link, it's a good idea to make sure its sourced and verified before posting. Always, always give credit to the original releaser and sharer. A polite, "Thank-you" wouldn't hurt, either.
11. If you are not sure about anything PM a TV Mod and ask!
